Dr. Tina Dreisbach is a naturopathic physician and licensed Acupuncturist. Before she became a doctor she worked as a botanist and mycologist for the US Forest Service, documenting and researching rare plants and mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest. Her love for nature and for listening to people’s stories led her to study and graduate from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. There she focused her studies on integrating Eastern and Western medical traditions and refining her skills of diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses. Dr. Tina uses a variety of modalities including herbal medicine, supplements, nutrition, acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping. She is a Diplomate of Acupuncture with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and has extensive training in aromatherapy, gentle body work and Qigong. By providing individualized plans emphasizing disease prevention rather than merely treating symptoms, Dr. Tina strives to empower patients to live their best lives. When she is not practicing medicine Dr. Tina sings and plays percussion with several local music groups. She spends as much time outdoors as possible, searching for unique plants and mushrooms in the nearby forests.
